Terms of Service

Due Okay (“Due Okay,” “we,” “us” or “our”), developed by Monak Apps, operates a mobile application for personal bill tracking and due date management (hereinafter referred to as the “Service” or “Application”).

These Terms of Service govern your use of our App and any related services provided by Due Okay. When you use our App, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you access or download our App from (1) the Apple App Store, you agree to any Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service; and/or (2) the Google Play Store, you agree to the Android, Google Inc. Terms and Conditions including the Google Apps Terms of Service.

Your Data

Due Okay stores all data locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, uninstallation of the App, or any other cause. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it on your behalf.

Limitations of Use

By using our App, you warrant that you will not:

1. modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer our App;
2. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from our App;
3. transfer our App or any of its associated materials to another person;
4. knowingly or negligently use our App in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks;
5. use our App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
6. use our App in such a way that may infringe the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials in our App is owned by or licensed to Monak Apps. You may download our App to view, use, and display the application on your mobile device for your personal use only. This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Disclaimer

Due Okay is a personal tracking tool and does not constitute financial advice. The App is not a substitute for professional financial planning, accounting, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for managing your finances and making timely payments. We are not liable for any missed payments, late fees, or financial consequences resulting from your use of or reliance on the App.

Liability

Our App and the materials in our App are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall Due Okay or Monak Apps be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use our App.

In the context of this agreement, “consequential loss” includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data.

Notice regarding Apple

To the extent that you are using or accessing our App on an iOS device, you acknowledge that these Terms of Service are between you and Due Okay only, not with Apple Inc. (Apple), and Apple is not responsible for our App. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service.

Notice Regarding Google, Inc. or Microsoft Corporation

If you access the App using an Android or Microsoft Windows-powered device, Google, Inc. or Microsoft Corporation, respectively, shall be a third-party beneficiary to this contract. You agree that your access shall also be subject to the usage terms set forth in the applicable third-party beneficiary's terms of service.

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your right to use our App and these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
